Manga Overtkill(McFarlane Toys) Manga Overtkill is classic McFarlane Toys. A balance between articulation, detail and coolness factor is present. He’s got 13 points of articulation but still has lots of detail. The sculpt and paint jobs are very good. Most of him is blue, his exposed chest is skin tone with various cyborg implants cracking through which are highlighted by a hazy red. The wrist gauntlets flip up to reveal two key features: the water blaster and the lever for the spring loaded hand. The water blaster is connected by a short hose to a small reservoir. |

Fill the reservoir, connect the hose and drown your foes! The spring-loaded hand gets good distance and will knock over smaller figures quite easily. When the gauntlets are open he looks much bigger and that much cooler. Beware: both the water reservoir and projectile hand can be lost if you’re not careful. Manga Overtkill is a moderately tough figure. The flip-up gauntlets and shoulder "horns" can be snapped off if you’re being too tough, but he’s big enough that the joints are durable. If you don’t want to play with Manga Overtkill, he looks good just standing on your desk. The real test was to see how well Manga Overtkill could handle magma. Magma incinerated Manga Overtkill with no problems. Reviewed by Omni
