at PAX '09

When the last episode of CGW/GFW Radio "The Brodeo" hit the virtual airwaves September 17, 2008 it marked the end of 2 ½ years of PC (and non-PC) game talk and bizarre tangents in podcast form.

To commemorate this event, at Penny Arcade Expo 2009 (September 4 - 6 in Seattle, Washington), the Brodeo will be "LIVE!"

But it won’t happen without your support. The cost associated with such an undertaking is substantial which is why we’re seeking donations to bring it all together. There’s no minimum or maximum to donate. Just click on the “donate” button and listen to your heart. Give what you can. Has the Brodeo ever made you laugh? Do you have an archive of old podcasts that you still listen to? Then a few bucks thrown into the pot to make some new memories will be worth it! But don’t wait!

The goal is to raise $2,250US to cover the cost of the conference room rental at PAX.

Make plans to be at PAX (and bring candy)! But if you can’t make it, the podcast of The Brodeo Reunion "LIVE!" at PAX '09 will be made available to showcase some "hot button" topics relating to games, special appearances (because you never know who will show up), and, of course, tangents that will take listeners on a magical ride through porn shops, junior high, and the intestinal tract of the tsetse fly.
