Though there were three - three! - Naruto games on display at this year's E3 each of them concentrated on a different aspect of the Naruto universe.  One of D3Publisher Naruto's games, Clash of Ninja Revolution 2, concentrates on the fighting.

One thing that was made clear during the demo: they listened to fan feedback and made many changes and additions based on that feedback.  So, there are more characters, objects in the ring that offer cover, refined visuals, a new story line for North America, and, of course, more motion controls for the Wii Remote.

In the quick demonstration, four-player versus

and two-player versus mode were shown off but there are "other new exciting battle modes."

Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 will support the Classic Controller and the GameCube Wavebird controller, but it seems the Wii Remote and Nunchuk will be just as accessible.  The rep demonstrating the game wasn't flailing, which is what could be expected based on the Naruto source material; the anime has always struck me as one of those seizure-inducing cartoons because the fight scenes move so fast and flashy.  There seemed to be very distinct motions being put forward to execute some of the more powerful and charged-up moves, which should help make it more accessible for the age range for which Clash of Ninja Revolution 2 is targeted.
