Nintendo has officially announced what the real name for the Revolution, christening it the "Wii" (pronounced We).  The company gave a number of different symbolic reasons to explain the logic behind the game name (easy to remember, symbolizes playing together, easy to pronounce, etc.).  So yeah, the Revolution is the Wii now.  Make of it what you will.
