Steel Empire GBA Port

Hot-B's 1992 Mega Drive shoot 'em up where you could fly a bi-plane or dirigible in a world that was a cross between the industrial revolution and post WWI Europe is getting ported to the GBA (by Starfish) this Spring in Japan running under the title of "Koutetsu Teikoku". The game will hit store shelves in Japan this April, selling for ¥4,800.
