Nintendo DS Lite in June

After selling out almost instantaneously upon its release in Japan earlier this year, North Americans eager to get their hands on Nintendo's newly redesigned DS have been stuck twiddling their thumbs as they wait for a release date here. Today, Nintendo finally confirmed when they plan to launch the slimmed down handheld on these shores, and the date is June 11, 2006. The system will retail for an MSRP of $129.99US, and initially be available in polar white, with further colors becoming available over time. |
