Now that the Nintendo conference is over there are plenty of new Wii details out, most important of which being launch details *echo echo echo*.  Granted some of the info is vague, like there being no price announced for the Wii.  The company did show some final versions of the hardware, and what the more conventional controller for the console will look like.

What most will be interested in are the various games that are in the pipes for the Wii.  Here's the big, huge list.  We'll have detailed discussion of many of these games, and the conference later as we take a look at them from E3.
