Infinium Labs Signs Black Rocket to Cement Brand, Broaden Exposure for On-Demand Gaming Service

(Press Release)

SARASOTA, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- July 26, 2004 Infinium Labs (OTCBB:IFLB) has hired Black Rocket Euro RSCG as its advertising agency of record for the launch of the company's flagship Phantom Gaming Service(TM). The San Francisco agency, best-known for successful introduction of Yahoo!, and Emmy-nominated commercials for Discover Brokerage and Lucky Magazine, was selected over several undisclosed national competitors.

"Black Rocket has a successful track record of introducing new brands we'd call category busters," Andrew Schneider, senior vice president of marketing, Infinium Labs, said. "This team has proven that they can produce brilliant advertising that educates consumers for companies entering a new category, which was a key factor in our decision."

The Bay Area is home to game publisher Electronic Arts, Sega and French-owned Ubisoft, and the Black Rocket team has experience working with all three gaming mega-brands.

"The Phantom Gaming Service presents much more of a challenge than the next version of a cool game," said Steve Stone, founder and creative director, Black Rocket. "It's a whole new way to play, with the potential to make everybody a gamer."
