Matrix Online Merged into Three Servers

Over on the official site for the MMORPG, Matrix Online, it was announced that the game will be merged from the current nine servers now running, down to only three servers. This is happening due to dwindling server populations, thus making it difficult for players to find others to adventure with. Sony Online Entertainment hopes that by merging servers, players will be able to form groups more easily. The merge is currently planned for August 2, 2005. Of the three planned servers for the game, one is planned to be hostile, while the other two will run under standard PvP rules. |
