Atari Taiwan Distribution Deal

Buka
Entertainment, one of the leading Russian publishers, is pleased to
announce today a deal with Atari Taiwan, a key Taiwanese games industry
player.
The game will be localized in traditional Chinese and distributed in
Taiwan.
“It has been a long time since the Taiwanese games market locked the
doors for the PC titles. Nowadays the on-line boom is still present
there, but the PC games industry is progressing as well. We are one of
the early comers and we are glad to bring Russian games to Taiwan and we
are happy to start cooperating with Atari Taiwan, ” stated Maxim
Mikhalev, Vice President International for Buka.
Battle Mages
The game is designed as a Role Playing Strategy (RPS). The large fantasy
World of the game is all-sufficient, each unit has its own behavior.
Dynamic quest system contributes to high replayability of the game.
Powerful 3d engine, dozens of towns and splendid landscapes will give
you the unforgettable view of that vivid and lovely World as if you
really lived there. Spectacular magic effects and variety of
spells will make you curious in getting more and more experience to gain

Multiplayer is represented by LAN opportunities allowing 4 players to
participate simultaneously.
The Entente: World War I Battlefields
“The Entente” is a real time strategy. Choosing one of the five
belligerent states (France, Germany, Russia, Austria-Hungary and
Britain) you become the commander of the army, complete with a variety
of units from infantry and cavalry to battleships and chemical weapons.
All units have been replicated with historic authenticity with the use
of archive documents and photos. Economic and military advisers help
control military and economic development by providing advice as to the
necessary upgrades and production of resources and units. The game
features practically all the large and notable battles of WW1, which you
could take part in on any side. Thus you’ll be able to know more about
the historic battles and their outcomes or to rewrite history. More than
1,000 structures on the map and more than 80.000 units, high detailed
landscapes, 3-D sound and an entire encyclopedia of armaments – the
History will absorb you, you will become a commander wielding the fates
of nations. And that all is “The Entente”!
