Paris; FRANCE - November 14th 2005: RVP–Kylotonn Entertainment announces that Digital Jesters has committed a series of breaches of contract and that Kylotonn has terminated the distributing and publishing agreement with Digital Jesters with immediate effect.

Kylotonn deeply regrets having fallen victim to the practices of non-payment and breaches of contract perpetrated by the management of Digital Jesters.

The ownership of game “Bet on Soldier” remains firmly with the creators Kylotonn and Kylotonn will shortly arrange a new agreement with another publisher for this title in the UK and in the US.
