Guerilla Games, developers of the PS2 game Killzone, and the upcoming "is it real-time or rendered" Killzone 2 for the PS3, has officially been acquired by Sony Computer Entertainment.  The Amsterdam-based developer had entered into an exclusive contract with Sony back in 2004, making this development less surprising.
