Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy Not to be PS3 Exclusive?

There has been mention of it before, but it appears that Square-Enix president, Yochi Wada, is again talking about releasing the company's two most popular RPG franchises on non-Sony consoles. In a recent interview with Reuters Japan, Mr. Wada touches upon this possibility mentioning how both Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy may see future installments released on the Xbox 360 as well as the PlayStation 3. Given recent discussion by Square-Enix executives over concerns regarding soaring development costs, it seems more and more likely that the company will go through with making Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy multi-platform. |
