Criterion appears to be hitting the street,
telling a number of news outlets that they have been trying their best
to get Microsoft to ensure that the just released FPS published Black, by
Electronic Arts, will play on the Xbox 360. However, to this point,
the next gen console's backward compatibility still cannot run Black,
nor can it run any of Criterion's Burnout games for that matter.
Apparently, Criterion has discussed these issues with Microsoft four
times now, with no results. As it stands, Criterion can only think
that Black 2 will work on the 360 since that game will be next
generation, though it shall not be out for several years yet.
