The lumbar traction can provide a huge amount of relief to the spine and back, and the reduced pressure of the neck and shoulders on the spine helps to decrease the load on the spine, leading to a pain free life.

As soon as you get on the table, you are put in a pendulum motion that begins working from bottom to top to affect your body as it rises. This table is built with the best grade stainless steel, it uses tubular pieces to lower the weight and a powder finish that prevents it from accumulating scratches. The Ironman Gravity 4000 has a vinyl memory foam backrest that conforms to your body making this table a very comfortable option. Ironman Gravity 4000 Review & Experience

We got our inversion table in a well packaged box, but there was a bit of damage to the exterior of the package on one side. Fortunately it wasn’t damaged in any way and there wasn’t anything missing. In just under a half hour, we were able to set it up with only the instruction manual. It was a very easy process. Once we had it set up, we started experimenting with it. Based on the manual you do not need to take it easy in the beginning since the table swings like a pendulum and doesn’t lock into position. You can choose to either stay inverted at a specific angle by balancing your body or if you want to, you can easily decrease the inversion.

You don’t have to release a locking pin to remain suspended. {You simply move your hands up or down to change the angle of inversion. It’s not a mechanical inversion table so don’t expect it to have a precise inversion angle. The Gravity 4000 is a gravity inversion table that works with your own bodyweight. So, it might operate differently depending on the user’s weight and height.

While first using the Ironman Gravity 4000 we noticed some creaking and had to re-tighten some nuts and bolts, but once we did this the sound went away. After fixing the re-tightening the bolts and nuts we didn’t notice any further problems with the machine.

We’ve used this table daily for over a month and we haven’t seen any issues whatsoever. Using the machine every day for five minutes after work provided a lot of relief and seemed to add some increased back mobility as well. In fact, after only a few days using the Ironman Gravity 4000, we noticed a reduction in back pain and a much better nights sleep.
